The goal is to verify that the dissuasion button is displayed only for the agents who are administrators, or in some cases, supervisors. It shouldn't be displayed in the following cases : 

- for agents with a teacher profile

- for supervisors who don't have the right to manage ECD

Secondary it also test stats part. This is tricky. Statistics are calculated once per 15 minutes and all calls from the agent in the interval are merged.
So you have one try every 15 minutes to pass the scenario correctly for the same agent A1. (Then you can use another agent as A1)
Call data will be generated for the agent who starts the call. The same for the specific stats.

Procedure to generate the specific stats:

• Start a scenario as a first scenario in the quarter of a hour (0-15, 15-30, 30-45, 45-60)
• A1 must be logged in and "src_agent" column in call data table must contain the agent number. See #2243 if he is not logged.
• Open pack reporting container: `docker exec -it xivocc_pack_reporting_1 bash`
• Launch stat manual recompilation: 
  Run "export PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/"
  Run `/usr/local/bin/specific-stats fill_db --start='TODAY' --end='TOMORROW'` (replace TODAY and TOMORROW in format 'YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00' )
  You must use both - start and end parameters
